All essential details of a registered specimen are consolidated into a single layout for streamlined access.
Clicking on a thumbnail image redirects you to the "Images – Find & Compare" layout, allowing you to view the images in an enlarged format. |

Images – Find & Compare Layout:
This layout offers several convenient features:
Selecting a thumbnail image (on the right-hand side) displays it in a larger format.
Clicking the large image or the text "To: Data Entry-Form" returns you to the "Data Entry - Form" layout, displaying the specimen details.
You can add or edit comments for each image using the "Note" field.

The Taxonomic List - Form and table layout. To create a specimen record, the genus name of the specimen must first exist in this list.
By default, the Taxonomic List contains 145,609 genera names, along with their classifications (courtesy of COL). Additionally, a placeholder value, "Genus_indet", is available for specimens with unknown genus name.
New genus names can be added to the list as needed.
